What does tailoring actually change?
Every section of your resume is rewritten against the posting. Experience bullets lead with the results that role cares about, the posting's keywords get worked in wherever your experience genuinely supports them, and you see a list of exactly what changed before you use any of it. Anything it could not honestly add comes back as a separate list of missing keywords.
Do I need a job description?
Yes, that is what the tailoring works against. If you just want to know whether your resume is any good, use the resume checker instead. It needs nothing but the resume.
Is it free?

Will it invent experience I do not have?
