The Head of IT & Internal Tools will design and operate secure infrastructure for Inflection's distributed workforce while building an internal tools platform that automates workflows using the company's own AI technology. This is a technical leadership role reporting to the COO that combines strategic infrastructure planning with hands-on execution.

As a Model Training engineer, you will design and scale post-training pipelines that transform a general LLM into a production-ready assistant. You'll drive innovations in fine-tuning and preference optimization techniques to improve reliability, alignment, and cost.
