The product surface is mature. The tracker is the best-known one in the category and the resume builder is solid. The AI Interview Agent runs voice-based mock interviews with a live transcript and post-interview feedback, which puts Teal in the same conversation as dedicated interview tools.

What Teal does not cover: salary negotiation coaching, email drafting, or LinkedIn profile optimization in any depth. The mock interview simulator is sophisticated. Real-time feedback, adaptive follow-up questions, video-based practice, support for technical and behavioral rounds.

A resume builder and cover letter feature exist, but interviews are the main event. The question library is large (they claim 10,000+) and covers roles from software engineering to consulting.

Jobscan

At $29 a month or a $149 lifetime plan, it's a focused tool at a reasonable price. The lifetime option is unusual in this space and worth considering if resumes will be your primary need across multiple future searches.

What Rezi does not cover in depth: interview practice (an AI Interview feature exists but it's secondary), cover letters beyond basic generation, job discovery, negotiation, or email drafting. If your resume is your only bottleneck, Rezi handles it cleanly. If you need help with the rest of the job search, you'll need additional tools.

The weekly billing is useful for short job searches. The mock interview is competent but not as deep as tools that focus exclusively on interviews. Careerflow fits people who want a mid-range bundle with strong LinkedIn support and don't mind trading interview depth for breadth across the application surface.

Jobright

Jobright takes an agent-first approach to job search. Instead of browsing listings yourself, an AI agent (Orion) scans openings across major job boards, matches them to your profile, and can auto-apply on your behalf. The platform is backed by Indeed, which gives it a large job data pipeline. An H1B-specific filter is built in for visa-dependent searches, which is rare among the all-in-ones.

The job matching is where Jobright shines. It learns your preferences and surfaces roles you might not have found on your own. Auto-apply is polarizing. Some users love the volume; others worry about quality control when an AI is submitting applications under their name. The right answer depends on whether you're optimizing for volume or signal.

Interview prep and resume tools exist but they're secondary. The product is built around discovery. If finding the right openings is your biggest bottleneck, Jobright is strong.
